Terms of Service
Effective 2026-10-19 · Veloce Optimizer · Veloce Booster · VeloceOS · The Korean version (이용약관) prevails if the two differ.
1. Purpose
These terms set the conditions for using Veloce Optimizer, Veloce Booster and VeloceOS (the 'Program') sold by Veloce (the 'Seller'). Buying a plan or using the Program means you agree to these terms.
2. Plans
- Basic (₩33,000): Veloce Optimizer's optimization, benchmark, cleanup and repair features.
- Premium (₩55,000): everything in Basic + Veloce Booster + VeloceOS.
- Upgrade (₩22,000): turns a Basic plan into Premium. You keep the same license key.
- All plans are a one-time payment with no automatic or recurring billing. There is no fixed term, and updates released by the Seller come at no extra cost. The Seller does its best to keep providing the Program and updates, and will announce it in advance if the service must end.
- Anyone who bought the 'lifetime' plan before these terms took effect keeps the same features as Premium.
3. License key · devices
- One license key works with 1 Discord or Google account and 1 PC. It links to the account and PC you first sign in with.
- After a reformat or Windows reinstall, signing in with the same account reconnects it. If you change PCs, ask customer support for a device reset.
- Don't give, sell or share your key. If it's used in several places at once or a device is faked, the key may be locked automatically.
- For license checks the Program needs to be online at least once every 2 days.
4. Not allowed
- Sharing, transferring or reselling keys, or redistributing the Program's files
- Modifying (cracking, tampering with) or analyzing the Program to get around license checks
- Sending excessive requests to the Seller's servers or using someone else's account or key
If such use is confirmed, the Seller may stop the key or account from working.
5. What the Program changes · liability
- The Program changes Windows, network, graphics and game settings. It saves the values before changing them, and you can undo them with 'Restore everything' in the Repair menu and with Windows restore points. We recommend keeping your own backup of important data.
- The Program never modifies game files or game memory. Policies differ between games, so for strict environments such as tournaments please also check that game's guidance.
- How much performance improves depends on the PC's hardware, the game and its settings.
- Unless there is intent or gross negligence, the Seller is not liable for indirect damages arising from using the Program, to the extent the law allows. If something goes wrong, tell customer support and we will help resolve it.
6. Refund policy
- Before activation: full refund if the license key hasn't been entered in the app or registered to a PC by signing in.
- After activation: the Program is digital content you can use right away, so refunds are generally not possible. However, if within 7 days of payment the Program doesn't work properly on that PC and the Seller can't fix it, we will refund you. Where your local law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
- Upgrades: the upgrade difference follows the same rules.
- After a refund the key stops working, and settings changed by the Program are restored.
- To request a refund, send your purchasing account, key number and reason to Discord customer support. After checking, we refund to the original payment method.
7. Changes to these terms
Changes are announced in advance on the website and Discord. Features of plans you already bought are never reduced.
